HR Business Partner (Personalreferent) for 14 months

Currently we are looking for an HR Business Partner (Personalreferent) for 14 months for our Frankfurt office for a fixed-term contract (14 months -maternity cover).
The role will have lots of scope and autonomy within the EPAM DANL business unit and as such, candidates need to possess a strong HR skillset and be comfortable working on their own initiatives and collaborating daily with senior shareholders and multicultural and distributed employees.
We are searching for a smart, curious and collaborative HR Business Partner (Personalreferent) who is keen to blend creativity and analysis to provide an excellent service to client groups within our Delivery organization. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team you will engage with stakeholders to troubleshoot key challenges, develop people strategies for the future and help coordinate activities that boost employee engagement across your allocated units.
A key focus area will span across employee engagement, attrition, internal systems improvement and broader attraction strategies. As EPAM continues to scale the business, you will work in partnerships with multiple stakeholders to drive positive change throughout the client group.

Bachelor’s degree or comparable education;
3-5 years of experience working as part of an Human Resources organization/department;
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment that has a high expectation for delivery on projects;
Proven experience working across Employee relations and driving positive change through an organization;
Take responsibility for own actions and have excellent attention to details;
Ability to influence across all levels and build rapport quickly;
Results-focused – understanding of what is important to staff, clients and management - committed to achieving goals;
Good business acumen, consulting skills, project management, negotiation and team working;
Proven experience building successful corporate culture in large companies;
Fluent English and German;
The post holder will be required to work flexibly and on some occasions outside of normal office hours by prior arrangement and agreement and/or during peak periods. Must be willing to travel and assist with additional tasks outside the department when required if time allows.
