Currently we are looking for a Lead Recruiter for our Zurich office to make the team even stronger.
We are seeking a passionate professional with excellent presentation and negotiation skills who will significantly influence Talent Acquisition processes sharing best practices and providing the highest level of sourcing, screening, and staffing.
The ideal candidate will have a background not only in hands on recruitment but a proven record of building, leading and delivering a successful recruiting function for an organization. This role will require someone who is a team player, strategic, creative and has a true desire to participate in value added recruitment. Your passion for finding top-talent should only be rivaled by your drive to be strategic in building a successful recruiting program.
Maintain statistics necessary to monitor the effectiveness of the TA campaigns;
Collaborate with Account Managers, SVPs, Business Leaders, Resource Managers and EPAM’s business units for quickly understanding the needs of the organization and the profile of the ideal candidate;
Be a leader in driving a successful, logical recruitment process across EPAM;
Create and promote messaging that will attract the caliber of candidate that EPAM desires;
Drive the recruitment process end-to-end for specific internal initiatives (Leadership Hiring and as well as Production);
Own full life cycle recruitment including salary research, candidate prep offers, and closing of candidates;
Be a constant contributor for the areas of improvement in the recruiting process;
Assist managers and interviewers in effectively assessing and providing feedback on candidates;
Build an EPAM employment brand and assist with existing recruitment marketing initiatives;
Be a social voice of EPAM recruitment not only online but through events and other opportunities;
Mentor and lead other recruiters within EPAM;
Assist in building the local EPAM brand and create channels that will bring quality, active applicants to our pool;
Administer internal ATSs.
5 to 8+ years of experience in the IT recruitment industry;
English of Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level;
Expert in sourcing techniques and tools;
Knowledge of competing companies;
Outstanding negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills;
Ability to adapt mentally and emotionally to the changing requirements and challenges;
Very good knowledge of LinkedIn, job boards, HR portals;
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines, ability to react quickly;
Ability to work independently and as a team member;
Willingness to learn and continuously improve;
Historic top performer within recruiting team;
Experience in end-to-end full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to closing (both Leadership Hiring and Production);
Experience in all administrative tasks within ATS.
