Currently we are looking for a Junior Service Desk Technician for our Minsk office to make the team even stronger.
Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate and higher level);
Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate and build conversation in a polite, professional and encouraging manner, stay cool-headed in tough situations, especially during the phone calls;
Experience in 1st line ( or 2nd line non-tech) support;
Business written communication skills;
Experience in verbal communication with foreign customers;
Ability to work in a team and think as a team;
Ambitiousness (in a good sense of the word, ability to realize, that his/her career opportunities depend on his/her hard work and contribution);
Ability to prioritize the tasks;
Fast reaction and ability to adapt to changes of different kind;
Good knowledge of ITIL event and incident management processes is a plus;
CRM knowledge is a plus.
