Currently we are looking for a SWAT Team Leader for our Hyderabad office to make the team even stronger.

Project technologies and tools

  • Java, Java Core;
  • Web services;
  • BPM;
  • Object-Oriented Programming;
  • Design patterns;
  • Data structures and Algorithms.


  • Work as a key member of the SWAT team;
  • Participate in Discovery Phase from technical side;
  • Analyse and translate business requirements and outputs of Discovery Phase into solutions;
  • Develop POC, demo to the customer with a goal to impress, show business value of automation and win the contract;
  • Develop architecture;
  • Hand over to regular WF teams;
  • Oversee several streams.


  • Knowledge of Java – middle level and higher;
  • BPM tools usage experience;
  • Knowledge of Excel;
  • UML - understanding concepts of modeling;
  • Ability to travel frequently;
  • All requirements from Key WF Implementer;
  • Independent highly skilled contributor;
  • 7-12 years of total engineering experience;
  • At least 3-4 of WorkFusion implementations (initially can be replaced by shadow work on a project with SWAT Team Leaders from Minsk, at least 1 shadow work is a must);
  • Ability to translate business asks into requirements;
  • Problem solving skills;
  • Good orientation in technologies;
  • Understanding of Machine Learning;
  • Broad view and good understanding of Architecture;
  • Good communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Selenium;
  • XPath;
  • FreeMarker;
  • Web-Harvest;
  • JavaScript/jQuery;
  • Production experience (at least one large project using Java Technologies Stack);
  • XML, HTML, CSS Basics;
  • Basic knowledge of any programming language, algorithms, data structures, databases.
