Currently we are looking for a Systems Engineering Manager for our Lviv office to make the team even stronger.
Manage the organization unit (60+ FTE and growing) according to defined goals and strategy;
Lead delivery management-related activities for the organization and assure optimal engineering, management and delivery:
Plan and execute strategies for constant growth of technological and managerial expertise in organizational unit;
Ensure organizational resources are fully engaged in production projects;
Production team leadership;
Participate in pre-sales activities including: opportunity handling, communication, proposal development, PoC development, leading pre-sales technical team in most complex leads;
Team staffing: selecting/evaluating candidates from our recruiting pipeline and internal pool;
Hire the right people at the right time;
Ensure the successful onboarding and adaptation of newcomers;
Help employees in professional growth and career development (career path creation, education, talent management, etc.);
Ensure a necessary and sufficient level of employees’ professional motivation (through financial and non-financial methods);
Represent and protect the employees' interests on various levels within the company (corporate, unit, resource group, and project);
Organize information exchange between employees and units and the entire company;
Support and promote the corporate culture within resource group, promote the corporate image for external candidates and employees, etc;
Drive development of DevOps direction inside of Lviv office in tight collaboration with a global Competency Center.
High communication, organizational and analytical skills;
Project/People management skills;
Upper-Intermediate English level;
2+ years of experience in a management role;
5+ years of experience in a development role;
DevOps/Systems engineering background;
Experience in requirements analysis, architecture, communication.
