This position will mix fast-paced technical recruiting with strategic contribution. As a key member of a new recruiting group, you’ll support technical recruiting needs in the Bay Area for project initiatives;
Work with our nationwide Talent Delivery team to utilize and improve current processes to successfully deliver in a timely manner to our stakeholders;
Apply your keen searching and networking skills to build pipelines, interview potential candidates, and carry them through the job process lifecycle;
Flex your expert closing skills with candidates in one of the most competitive U.S. markets;
Interact with business leaders, account managers, and clients as a recruiting subject matter expert to assist with everything from hands-on recruiting to RFPs to market research;
Utilize, recommend, and master the current recruitment tools to attract top talent in the Bay Area and across the country;
Become an employer brand ambassador by driving a positive candidate experience;
Partner with our Talent Delivery Marketing Specialist to research, prepare, and attend key events in the area;
Occasionally travel to U.S. EPAM offices for workshops, training and other events.
5+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in both an agency and a corporate environment;
Up-to-date knowledge of recruitment tools, databases, and technology;
Experience working with candidates in the full recruitment lifecycle;
Passion for and focus on understanding of the job you are recruiting for and matching applicable candidates to those roles;
Ability to thoroughly interview and build a friendly relationship with candidates you are working with;
Skills to partner with EPAM and technology experts to create the most efficient interview process and candidate experience;
Talent to manage a complex, large pipeline with many moving parts while ensuring data and candidate quality across the board;
Robust teamwork and communication skills with a history of building strong cross-functional relationships;
Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset.
