Currently we are looking for a talented Project Manager for our Hong Kong office to make the team even stronger.

As we grow in Hong Kong, we are seeking a Project Manager who can manage the Strategic Consulting & Design program of works within large-scale Digital projects. The person in this role must be able to communicate effectively with Design & Development teams and have a solid understanding of technical delivery processes. We want someone who loves to see their hard work come to life and has the track record to prove it.


  • Mentor and develop less experienced members of the team;
  • Be responsible for ensuring that knowledge is shared across studio(s) and client teams, working closely with all teams to ensure they understand the methodologies and tools available to them;
  • Support the development of a knowledge base;
  • Pro-actively keep up with design trends and industry developments;
  • Advocate and practice agile methodologies and project management tools (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Basecamp, MS Project, OmniPlan, etc.);
  • Lead the scoping & planning on projects;
  • Create product/service roadmaps;
  • Ensure that resource planning across projects is regularly reviewed and change is communicated to the resource manager in a timely manner;
  • Support pitch work and new business opportunities; client proposals and sales meetings when required.


  • Degree holder;
  • Extensive experience in Project Management;
  • Experience managing large-scale strategic, design and delivery programs of cross-functional teams across multiple location;
  • Full gamut of project management: define detailed and comprehensive project plans and partner with multi-disciplinary teams to define the approach, identify & manage risk, validate effort, issue resolution and change management;
  • Outstanding people management skills;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at a senior level;
  • Practical and pragmatic knowledge of SDLCs; ability to transform project processes to Agile;
  • Strong technical background: ability to be engaged into technology discussions with the client and stakeholders is a big plus;
  • Understanding of and appreciation for platforms like Hybris, Sitecore, AEM, etc. will be helpful.
