Akamai (HTTP/Site Delivery products);

NewRelic (APM and Server Monitoring);
Monitor and support the customer’s digital brands/sites, environments and centralized services;
Event Management: monitor network, server and web applications to ensure high availability;
Incident Management, Problem Management: open, update and close trouble tickets with detailed information relating to trouble reported;
Incident Management, Problem Management: own production operational issues for products by issuing initial response, data gathering/diagnosis, tracking, and resolution where possible;
Incident Management: perform the role of an Incident Manager during Systems Events;
Knowledge Management: develop and maintain a working knowledge of a wide range of applications and systems;
Open and monitor the status of cases with vendors and service providers;
Change Management: assist Development and Infrastructure Groups with scheduled and emergency change management tasks;
Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management: change requests and incident ticket handling for the remaining Infrastructure Teams;
Follow notification and escalation procedures;
Follow standards for communications with business involving operational issues.
Experience in operations, preferably including 24x7;
Knowledge of the following technologies: AWS Private Cloud, Citrix NetScaler/Cisco ACE load balancers, Apache, PHP (including HHVM);
Knowledge of the following tools and databases: Subversion, Jenkins, Ansible (including custom modules and plugins), Puppet, ad-hoc shell scripts, Sumo Logic/NewRelic (APM and Server Monitoring), MySQL, MongoDB;
Good command of English: Intermediate+ (B1+) level.
Nice to have
Knowledge of JBoss 4.x - 7.x;
Experience in Akamai (HTTP/Site Delivery products);
Experience in CentOS and SunOS;
Knowledge of ServiceNow.
