Currently we are looking for a 24/7 Support QA Engineer for our Minsk office to make the team even stronger.
Our client is seeking Support QA Engineers for content troubleshooting type of work, which could be applicable for Software Testing Engineers and does not require much system engineering work.
ABOUT THE CUSTOMER
Our customer is the world’s biggest media and entertainment company that connects with audiences through compelling content across television, motion picture, online and mobile platforms in over 160 countries and territories.
Support customer’s digital brands/sites, mobile, gaming console and set top box applications (Xbox, Apple TV, Android TV, etc.);
Open, update and close trouble tickets with detailed information related to trouble reported;
Knowledge Management: develop and maintain a working knowledge of a wide range of applications and systems;
Own production operational issues for products by issuing initial response, data gathering/diagnosis, tracking, and resolution where possible;
Perform the role of a Support Engineer during valuable live events like Video Music Awards, Movie Awards, etc;
Open and monitor the status of cases with vendors and service providers;
Follow notification and escalation procedures;
Follow standards for communications with business involving operational issues.
Good command of English: Intermediate (B1) level;
Technical background or BSUIR education is preferable;
Reliability and diligence.
Nice to have
Experience with the following technologies: Content Delivery Networks, Content Management Systems, Video on demand Delivery and Live Streaming, Redis/AWS ElastiCache;
Experience with the following tools: Web debugging tools (Charles Proxy/Fiddler, etc.), ITSM (ServiceNow), Jira, Confluence.
Unique production experience in a media and entertainment worldwide network;
+50% compensation for late/night hours (9 p.m. – 9 a.m.);
