US Recruitment Team at EPAM is now expanding and looking for new talents for the role of an IT Recruiter. Our team is working on finding the best talent for our major projects in the USA. It is a unique opportunity to work with the US tech industry market and be part of our global Talent Acquisition & Delivery team.
Analyze the job and project descriptions to source and attract the right candidates for the opportunities;
Advertise active positions on job boards and social platforms to attract applicants;
Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements;
Conduct interviews, give recommendations on selecting and hiring applicants;
Maintain all relative screening information (feedbacks, contact logs) in the database;
Act as a single point of contact for candidates through the recruitment life cycle;
Develop and use the network of professional contacts.
2+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or related experience;
Advanced English is a must – you will communicate with the US candidates on a daily basis;
Advanced Internet and sourcing skills – there are plenty of internal and external tools that we use for finding and attracting talents, it’s important that you feel confident about finding the best candidates outside of LinkedIn and conventional job boards;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills – you need to be able to explain difficult concepts and verbose descriptions in a simple and concise manner.
