The Performance Analyst is a key member of the software delivery teams and is responsible for providing automated testing services to the overall release pipeline. He/she will be responsible for non-functional testing of high volume web, back-end and services including load, stress, volume, capacity, availability and scalability testing of MSE products. The candidate has to work on own initiation using Agile methodology.
Establish and document key performance metrics and baselines for existing product, and develop non-functional requirements for new software and infrastructure projects;
Be responsible to develop, enhance and maintain well-formed and scalable performance test frameworks;
Develop stubs for third party dependencies;
Be responsible to execute and report performance tests;
Be responsible to present a judgment on the quality of the software in regards to baselines, business projections and NFRs under load.
At least 2 years’ experience as a Software Testing Engineer or Developer;
Experience with tools similar to HP LoadRunner, JMeter;
Some Linux scripting knowledge;
Knowledge of networking, load balancing, and deployment in regards to high availability and redundancy;
Solid Java experience;
Experience testing complex systems;
Experience testing complex systems Good communication skills (verbal and written) and good interpersonal skills;
Nice to have
ISTQB Foundation Level certificate or higher;
