Currently we are looking for a Business Analyst for our Grodno office to make the team even stronger.

As a Business Analyst, you will be involved in development of a new travel (CMS) website technology and its mobile version. You will also collaborate closely with the customer and the team to clarify business needs and requirements.

Our customer is the leading independent tour operating company in Scandinavia, which provides scheduled air travel services, as well as flights for tour operators and charter flights. Being one of the main transporter of passengers all over the world, the customer focuses on creating more professional and personalised customer communications.


  • Close collaboration with the customer on business needs and functional requirements:
    • Gathering requirements (using different techniques);
    • Conducting workshops onsite;
    • Building communication with the customer (email, IM, in person);
    • Being aware of a product vision, product road map;
    • Being proxy of the Product Owner for the offshore team.
  • Collaboration with the team on requirements:
    • Documenting requirements: creating SRS/User stories;
    • Analyzing requirements: traceability matrixes, SWОT, gap analysis, modeling (UML, BPMN is a plus);
    • Working within KB systems (e.g. Confluence);
    • Providing necessary details on requirements for the team;
    • Building communication on the project;
    • Being able to mockup the functionality.


  • 2+ years of working experience as a Business Analyst in IT (candidates with 1+ year of experience may be also considered);
  • Experience in gathering and formalization/regulation of requirements;
  • Experience with Agile methodology;
  • Upper-Intermediate+ level of English;
  • Analytical and critical thinking;
  • Knowledge of different software development methodologies (RUP, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban);
  • Good communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in CMS;
  • Experience in modeling and analysis of business processes as well as in creating system prototypes and user interface;
  • Experience in organizing business analysis at the outset of a project;
  • Creative approach to problem solving;
  • Ability to prototype the functionality.
