Currently we are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager for our Mexico City office to make the team even stronger.


  • Run discovery and consulting engagement types;
  • Sales assistance as a technology expert;
  • Pre-sales supervision, coordination or/and execution;
  • Technical Architecture and Estimations validation;
  • Setting up the team and kicking-off the project;
  • All aspects of on-going Program and Project Management;
  • Manage client expectations from deliverables perspective;
  • Staffing coordination;
  • People Management (creating and managing career development plans, managing compensation etc.).


  • Expected to have at least 6 years of IT experience and at least 3+ years in Lead Developer/Team Lead or PM roles;
  • Proven track record of managing delivery engagements for teams of 3-30+ FTEs. Experience in project governance, communication with the end client and handling delivery end-to-end. Strong, proven experience in software engineering with ability to design and deliver sustainable solutions;
  • Skilled in communication, handling conflicts and taking on responsibility;
  • Experience in the design and implementation of continuous integration/delivery/deployment setups;
  • Background in technology. Experience in solution architecture, project’s implementation, preferably exposure across the stack (data, mid-tier, FE/Mobile);
  • Engineering knowledge or even readiness to sit and do the Proof-Of-Concept himself/herself;
  • Should not hesitate to work on software requirements;
  • Be proficient enough to do system architecture;
  • Practical experience with modern development cycles;
  • Proven track record dealing with multiple projects/streams;
  • Experience in successful project’s delivery;
  • Exceptional understanding of project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.);
  • Exceptional communication skills;
  • Experience working in a service-delivery organization is a plus;
  • Strong in all aspects of leadership for the team/effort;
  • A role model and a doer type of personality;
  • Attentive to knowledge details and open for new knowledge;
  • Strive for being expert in technology and domain skills. Strong personality;
  • Able to accept other point of view;
  • Willing to make an extra mile to deliver;
