Currently we are looking for a Senior Java Support Engineer for our Guadalajara office to make the team even stronger.
Provide support to a middleware application on a 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. shift;
Create high quality deliverables;
Be self-managed, implement functionality without supervision and test his/her work thoroughly using test cases.
At least 5 years of production software development experience;
Proficiency in Java (3+ years);
Basic knowledge of Linux;
Knowledge of Java Core;
Knowledge of Java Spring Core;
Experience in Apache CXF;
Experience in SOAP/Restful Services development;
Knowledge of Maven;
Knowledge of Git;
Experience with bug/development tracking systems;
Understanding of concepts of software development cycle;
Follow and understand a defined ITIL/ITSM process, train other team members, and contribute in process improvement;
Strong communication skills;
Strong ownership and personal responsibility;
Nice to have
Experience with Apache Camel;
Experience with Red Hat JBoss Fuse;
Upper-Intermediate English level is essential.
