Currently we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Researcher for our Kyiv office to make the team even stronger.
Sourcing for wide range of IT professionals (Engineers, testers, developers and architects);
Sourcing for talents using several channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, social media, internal database);
Creating a wide Talent pool and updating CV search database;
Communication with candidates on a daily basis;
Prescreen and present appropriate candidates to the Recruiter;
Work closely together with other members of the recruitment team.
0,5 years of work experience in a customer care area (sales, recruitment, HR, call center);
Upper-Intermediate level of English (written and spoken);
Knowledge of direct sourcing and networking of IT Talent Pool is a plus;
Knowledge of internet search engines, job boards, LinkedIn;
Interest in new HR trends and social media;
Highly customer and result oriented;
Very good communication and presentation skills, strong interpersonal skills;
Self-initiative, proactive and enthusiastic person, with sense of humor;
Ability to meet strict deadlines, ability to react quickly;
Ability to work independently and as a team member;
Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
