Currently we are looking for a Testing Team Leader for our Saint-Petersburg office to make the team even stronger.

We are seeking a Testing Team Leader to be part of the payment practice in Saint-Petersburg development center, available for a temporarily business trips on-site.

The person should lead SPb testing team allocated for the payment practice, reporting to a head of the practice.

The purpose is to establish a robust and scalable test process to support a business transformation going on in the customer organization as well as full-scale applications development according to best practices of modern software development processes. The main goal would be to plan, deploy and manage a pool of test engineers with required skills, knowledge and methodology to supply testing needs for the core business application and satellite systems.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all members of the testing team have all required knowledge and skills, follow methodology and performing according to their roles;
  • Define testing strategy and agree it with internal/external stakeholders of the core business application and satellite systems;
  • Analyze and document existing testing processes including on-going development, UAT, Regression, Migration and Performance testing;
  • Plan and champion improvements based on defined strategy in association with key partners;
  • Define and monitor individual and team testing and quality KPIs for the core application and satellite systems;
  • Monitor testing performance (quality, cost and time) for core application and satellite systems.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Management or Computer Information Systems;
  • Software testing qualification;
  • Experience in large scale projects in a payment industry, experience in managing teams of 20+ people;
  • Knowledge of card business, payment processing systems, SQL, testing methodology, testing tools;
  • Fluent English;
  • Perfect communication and negotiation skills, as well as solid presentation skills;
  • Agile/Scrum experience is a plus.
