Currently we are looking for an Application Support Analyst for our Sofia office to make the team even stronger.
We are massively building systems for automated deployment, infrastructure and application management for our clients.
As an Application Support Analyst, you will be the competent interface in the 2nd/3rd level application support for our international customers in the UK, Germany and other locations. Likewise, you will support your own colleagues in technical questions about our product.
Analysis and elimination of application errors;
Contact for our customers and colleagues;
Analysis and preparation of analytical data for distribution to other departments;
Support of our operations team in the operation of application servers;
Optimization of our product and support for software quality assurance.
Knowledge of the administration of a Java application;
No fear of the command line and knowledge of the common Unix commands;
Basic knowledge of SQL;
Enjoy working with customers and colleagues;
Good command of English (German can be a plus);
