Currently we are looking for a Digital Content Specialist for our Conshohocken, PA office to make the team even stronger.
This digital-savvy person and passionate writer will execute day-to-day management of blogs, social media content and other marketing and communications collateral for EPAM. This role requires solid writing experience and strong knowledge of social media channels, email marketing, and content marketing. The candidates will be able to articulate how the digital media landscape is changing, and leverage analytics and best practices to provide recommendations on evolving trends. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing skills and represent EPAM with a voice unique to the brand in messaging, style and tonality. This position reports to the Head of Global Corporate Communications.
Write and execute social media content across multiple channels – LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube;
Support events with social media plans to cover pre-, during and post-event communications;
Monitor online conversations;
Work with social media team members around the world to analyze social media performance metrics and make recommendations on content, design or features to improve effectiveness of content;
Develop strategies to increase effectiveness of campaigns around editorial calendar.
Brainstorm ideas and write ongoing blogs to drive engagement with our target audiences;
Create engaging and relevant case studies and whitepapers to increase share-of-voice for EPAM;
Manage and create email marketing and event promotion campaigns, including website copy, brochures and presentations;
Track performance of campaigns to optimize engagement.
Insights & Trends:
Regularly report on digital media performance, offering specific key learnings for growth in social media;
Monitor and report evolving trends and technologies to keep brand identity across social channels on the cutting edge;
Engage thought leaders in creating engaging, dynamic blogs and other content.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or English preferred;
2-4 years of experience writing marketing collateral and social posts;
Mastery of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube;
Strong understanding of social media landscape and digital trends;
Strong proofreading, grammar and creative copywriting skills;
Experience in email marketing programs;
Display high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
Comfortable learning and using new technologies;
Working knowledge of social media dashboards, Word and PowerPoint;
Highly organized, strong critical thinking and multi-tasking abilities;
Experience with photo editing and/or infographic design considered a plus.
