DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for a Presales Project Manager (Digital Engagement Solution Presales) for Minsk office to make the team even stronger.

We are seeking a technical Presales Project Manager with practical experience in Commerce (Hybris, Oracle Commerce, Magento, Demandware, etc.), Content Management (Adobe Suite, Sitecore, Drupal, ADAM, WordPress) platforms or large enterprise solutions to facilitate and manage RFP response process for Commerce and Content Projects on above platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering complete proposals and presentations based on RFP Requirements within 2-4 weeks presales cycles:
    • Defining Response Strategy;
    • Building and tracking presales execution plan and complete list of assignments based on RFP requirements;
    • Facilitating and managing daily standups with large presales pursuit teams including large number of stakeholders and executives from different practices;
    • Tracking Assignments on a daily basis and reporting roadblocks to the Head of Digital Engagement Presales Team/Sales Manager;
    • Building Proposal Outline;
    • Estimations facilitation and review with Solution Architects and Business Analysts;
    • Creating Project Plans, Resource Plans, Timelines and Roadmaps Diagrams;
    • Calculating and presenting Project Costs following predefined templates and creating cost decompositions based on RFP requirements;
    • Proposing proper engagement models;
    • Selecting and describing Project Delivery Methodology and Deliverables;
    • Collecting and documenting all RFP Assumptions;
    • Merging proposal content and responding to RFP/RFI questions;
    • Working with EPAM executive team to present proposals to customers.

Requirements

  • Good functional knowledge and deep understanding of omni-channel commerce and/or content management solutions;
  • 2-3+ years of production experience leading multiple end-to-end highly complex enterprise level implementations in above domains as a Delivery/Project Manager;
  • Ability to act as a subject matter expert in integration with commerce ecosystem including various integrations such as PIM, OMS, CRM, CMS, BI/Web analytics, Pricing, Payment, Customer Service, etc;
  • Experience with the full project life cycle in an Agile/Scrum environment;
  • Fluent (advanced) knowledge of MS Visio, and Extended Features of Excel and PowerPoint is a must;
  • Fluent technical writing skills;
  • Fluent English;
  • Experience working with multiple global teams across geographies;
  • Well versed with running presentations in a workshop setting for a customer executives, groups of business and technical leaders, excellent facilitation and presentation skills;
  • Motivated leader with a proactive approach;
  • Thrive on multi-tasking and works well under pressure;
  • Ambitious, bright and hardworking;
  • Candidates with practical knowledge of Commerce/Content platforms preferred;
  • Candidates with Business Analysis or Linguistic Background (education or previous experience before PM) preferred.
