Currently we are looking for a strong DevOps Systems Engineer for our Minsk office to make the team even stronger.
Within our project, we are building a framework, intended to propose professionals to our customer and provide support services under the direct leadership of the customer.
Working as part of our team, you will be involved in incident/problem management as well as tracking and minimizing planned and unplanned customer’s systems downtimes. You will also coordinate execution and ensure safeguarding of customer’s release and maintenance deliveries.

Be involved in incident/problem management according to customer’s SAPCon & IT IS Incident Management Process;
Track and minimize planned and unplanned customer’s systems downtimes according to customer’s SLA;
Coordinate execution and ensure safeguarding of customer’s release and maintenance deliveries;
Provide feedbacks/prepare customer’s PCBs (Production Change Boards);
Maintain customer’s Infrastructure Automation Recipe and Technical Operation Manual;
Gather facts, analyze the customer’s business processes and draw conclusions;
Prepare the design of the solution and demonstrate this design to support the findings and conclusions;
Analyze customer’s business processes and perform configuration work; assist the customer in testing cycles.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Information Technology;
Experience supporting Web Platforms in a multi-tier environment;
Experience working on Cloud platform and creating automation;
Demonstrate consulting skills including effective resolution of conflict of interest;
Strong team player;
Fluent verbal and written English;
Practical experience in writing technical documentation for different audience (e.g. Operators/Architects/Business);
Good communication and presentation skills;
Strong troubleshooting skills in the technical realm of Web Platforms;
ITIL knowledge (ITIL v3 Foundation is a plus);
Very good understanding of Unix (i.e. SuSE/Red Hat Linux) and networking (IP) concepts;
Good experience with at least one relevant web application framework (Ruby, Java, etc.);
Very good knowledge of web systems administration (hardware Load Balancer functionality, Web Servers, Proxies);
Good knowledge of OS-related scripting language (Bash, Perl, Python, etc.);
Good knowledge of Virtualization/Cloud and Automation concepts;
Good knowledge of basic web technologies (HTML/CSS/XML);
Good knowledge of a common Web Protocol Suite (etc. HTTP);
Good conceptual knowledge of Web Architecture (CDN, WAN, Load Balancing and Routing);
Good conceptual knowledge of networking storage systems;
Good working knowledge of database technologies.
