Currently we are looking for a talented Accountant for our Shenzhen office to make the team even stronger.

As an Accountant, you will report to the Accounting Team Leader.


  • Part 1: Accounting software -SAP:
    • Parking bank transactions on a weekly basis;
    • Parking approved expense reports, foreigner tax benefits to SAP on a monthly basis.
  • Part 2: Bank:
    • Dealing with payment request from CTC (Cost Tracking Center) and co-ordinate with different payment schedule requirement from different department, conduct CMB on-line payment, updating daily bank account movement to finance head;
    • Filling all archives, making sure tax invoices received and input VAT collected from different departments.
  • Part 3: CTC:
    • Presenting Shenzhen, HK and Singapore 3rd party vendor invoices via CTC, make needed corrections until the requests been verified & approved;
    • Replying colleagues’ daily enquiry on how to prepare and complete their requests via CTC, E.g., Spending Limit, Business Trip, Expense reports and Invoice make required comments via CTC;
    • Cooperating with Expense Analysts and Invoice Analysts in Minsk, let daily work go more smooth and efficiently;
    • Verifying, summarizing and finalizing monthly SZ Expense Reports, HK Expense Reports to local finance head to take further verification before submit to Minsk and management level.
  • Part 4: Other assigned task.


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field;
  • CET 6 (College English Test) or above. Good verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • At least 2 years' experience in Accounting. Familiar with bank payment procedure, financial software applying, good knowledge of internal control on payment.
