DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for an experienced SAP POS DM Consultant for our Minsk office to make the team even stronger.

We are building a cost effective, comprehensive POS data management solution, which helps reduce inventory carrying costs and gain critical insight into customer buying patterns and behavior. This application improves decision making at all levels by gathering data from retail outlets and making them available throughout the enterprise.

As a SAP POS DM Consultant, you will perform change requests within the Support Project, which will require frequent communication with the business and the customer’s team.

This is a great opportunity to work on a large project for a globally renowned customer. Moreover, up to 30% of business trips to the UK are possible.

ABOUT THE CUSTOMER


Our customer is a worldwide famous luxury fashion house, which distributes premium clothing, accessories, perfumes and cosmetics. Being one of the world's most valuable brands, they constantly provide their clients with growth opportunities across their existing channels, products and regions. As a global luxury retailer and manufacturer, the customer employs nearly 11,000 people in over 50 countries and operates in nearly 500 retail locations all over the world.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve support incidents;
  • Provide a remote support to the customer’s team;
  • Perform change requests; communicate with the business and the customer’s team;
  • Participate in daily meetings and stand-ups with the customer;
  • Make presentations for the customer;
  • Work both independently and in close collaboration with others in the team and across the business.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SAP POS DM experience;
  • Ability to comply with customer’s requirements;
  • Ability to meet deadlines and provide high quality results;
  • Ability to reduce the amount of incidents;
  • Good communication and problem solving skills;
  • Intermediate (B1) and higher level of English.
