Global Mobility Specialist

Currently we are looking for a Global Mobility Specialist for our Guadalajara office to make the team even stronger.


  • Providing efficient end-to-end support of domestic relocations within the U.S. and Mexico (logistics, accommodation, things transportation, internal employee lifecycle, expense management and enforcement of expense policies);
  • Assisting with work permit applications at Immigration Offices in Guadalajara, Mexico;
  • Providing remote support with the U.S. Green Card process;
  • Providing local support to foreign nationals employed by EPAM Mexico (onboarding and adaptation);
  • Potentially providing relocation support for EPAM’s emerging destinations in Central and South America.


  • At least 1 year of work experience, preferably in Travel, HR, and/or Immigration;
  • Resilience and ability to multitask in a flexible schedule, deadline-driven environment;
  • Willingness to display initiative and work with stakeholders to bring it to implementation;
  • Proactive approach to handing assignments and streamlining workflow;
  • Strong customer focus;
  • Knowledge of commonly used office and collaboration tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Total Commander; Google Drive);
  • Completed University degree;
  • Proficiency in English: Advanced (C1) or Proficiency (C2) level is preferred; Upper-Intermediate (B2) level is possible;
  • Experience with JIRA, Office 365, SharePoint, VPN, OWA, Taleo is a plus;
  • Experience with ticket booking systems and/or procurement is a plus.
