Currently we are looking for a Global Equity Manager for our Newtown, PA office to make the team even stronger.
This position will oversee all aspects of the day-to-day responsibilities of the Global Stock Administration team within EPAM. In addition to having the opportunity to play a critical role with respect to all aspects of equity administration for one of the fastest growing technology companies in the US, the Manager position will contribute toward the development of a world-class stock administration function.
This is a highly visible and strategic full time opportunity; it is equity-eligible and offers great benefits. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day stock plan administration and working on related special projects, as needed.

Provide day-to-day management and administration of EPAM’s equity program by serving as the key contact with external vendors and ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date;
Manage stock option and RSU grants as well as the annual RSU vesting process;
Be responsible for the recordkeeping, reporting, compliance and reconciliation of the company’s global stock plans including stock options, restricted and performance awards;
Process all transactions in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring compliance with the US and international regulations and rules, including SOX controls;
Interface effectively with and provide necessary reports to Accounting, Finance, Payroll, HR, Legal and outside brokers and transfer agents;
Assist internal and external auditors with quarterly reviews and year-end audits;
Respond to employee inquiries and handle employee education;
Process improvements, as needed.
6+ years of stock administration experience with a publicly traded global company;
Well experienced with MS Office suite of products;
Ability to work effectively in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment;
Strong organizational and problem solving skills;
Results-oriented and able to meet deadlines;
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, strong presentation skills;
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with people at all levels;
Strategic thinker – ability to identify process improvements;
Experience with international equity issues such as, mobility, global taxation and compliance is preferred.
