Currently we are looking for an IT Business Analyst for our Budapest office to make the team even stronger.

  • Extensive cooperation with external or internal clients;
  • Translation of client requirements into highly specified project documentation;
  • Development of functional and system design specifications for client engagements;
  • Identification of options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability;
  • Working closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction;
  • Planning and working flexibly to a deadline;
  • Documenting the design and work products;
  • Observe the quality rules during the project, supply the QA Leader with upcoming ideas;
  • Fulfill requirements/responsibilities.


  • Comfortable engaging with senior technical stakeholders (architects, tech leads);
  • Knowledge of different software development methodologies and deep experience in at least one of them, preferably in agile;
  • Understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design, preferably 2+ years professional experience as a developer and/or in design activities;
  • Understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design, preferably experience in design activities;
  • Understanding of requirement management;
  • Experience in customer relationship management and critical issue handling;
  • Confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging software industry practice (SDLC);
  • Ability to work individually or in a team environment, preferably having experience working in agile teams as a BA;
  • Ability to manage client expectations effectively including onsite work;
  • Negotiation level of English (other language is an advantage).
