Extensive cooperation with external or internal clients;
Translation of client requirements into highly specified project documentation;
Development of functional and system design specifications for client engagements;
Identification of options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability;
Working closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction;
Planning and working flexibly to a deadline;
Documenting the design and work products;
Observe the quality rules during the project, supply the QA Leader with upcoming ideas;
Comfortable engaging with senior technical stakeholders (architects, tech leads);
Knowledge of different software development methodologies and deep experience in at least one of them, preferably in agile;
Understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design, preferably 2+ years professional experience as a developer and/or in design activities;
Understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design, preferably experience in design activities;
Understanding of requirement management;
Experience in customer relationship management and critical issue handling;
Confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging software industry practice (SDLC);
Ability to work individually or in a team environment, preferably having experience working in agile teams as a BA;
Ability to manage client expectations effectively including onsite work;
Negotiation level of English (other language is an advantage).
