A key focus area will be to work with senior management and talent acquisition to develop a people strategy for 2017. This is a key role, shaping and influencing business strategy through people management initiatives as employee engagement, attrition, internal systems improvement and broader attraction strategies. As EPAM continues to scale the digital and wider business, you will work in partnership with multiple stakeholders to deliver positive change throughout the client groups. This is an exciting opportunity for an up & coming superstar who is passionate about stepping into a business partner role and working closely with other passionate individuals to build something great!
Provide HR leadership to the defined business unit assisting that people management initiatives (e.g. talent management, performance management, reward and recognition, development) are in line with the business strategy;
Build and maintain influential partnership with business and management to ensure that people management solutions support business needs;
Ensure that all people management processes and programs within the unit are delivered in the most professional and effective manner;
Build a positive employee experience that leads to improved business performance and increased levels of employee engagement;
Create and manage regular HR scorecard report for the unit, devise strategies for business to respond with solutions.
5 years’ experience in an HR role;
Experience working closely with senior stakeholders to share and drive HR policies that make a positive impact;
Engage with different types of stakeholders with various personality profiles – creative through to analytical;
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment that has a high expectation for delivery on projects;
Proven experience working across employee relations and driving positive change through an organization;
Good business acumen, consulting skills, project management, negotiation and team-working skills to become an effective individual within the organization;
Take responsibility for actions and supports the senior leadership team and others to deliver transformation within the organization;
Results-focused – quickly understand what “good looks like” and understand how to separate the noise to achieve key objectives;
Professionally qualified. A qualification in a Business or Human Resource discipline is desirable;
