Currently we are looking for a Salesforce System Administrator for our Mountain View, CA office to make the team even stronger.

EPAM is seeking a Salesforce System Administrator to assist with the day-to-day operation and management of our Salesforce Implementation. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will help support and enhance the Salesforce instance that is utilized for managing sales and communications with property owners.

You will use your SFDC knowledge to offer best practices and recommendations for process integration, application development, deployment and ongoing enhancements of the Salesforce Platform.

You will pair your excellent technical skills with a strong understanding of how your teams operate, what their goals are, and how they should plan for the future. You will communicate frequently with your stakeholders about progress and set realistic expectations. You will keep abreast of greater SFDC updates and act as a champion of the platform. With extraordinary attention to detail, flexibility, and creativity, you will be an integral part of the team, helping it scale and grow.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage standard and custom objects, fields, formulas, and page layouts;
  • Manage users, roles and hierarchies, groups, and security settings;
  • Customize reporting and dashboards for the various teams;
  • Develop and maintain validation rules and custom workflow rules;
  • Complete bulk imports and exports of data;
  • Document project requirements;
  • Maintain data integrity thru data cleansing and de-duplication;
  • Manage and maintain data integrations with 3rd party software used across the business;
  • Partner with existing team and promote technical visions to appropriate business-facing departments. Ensure program and project-level objectives are met and direct business value is derived;
  • Seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity and make recommendations to support a program scaling at a rapid pace;
  • Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and implement updates and enhancements to the Salesforce instance.

Requirements

  • Salesforce Advanced Admin certification;
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator;
  • SQL experience;
  • Intermediate/advanced Excel knowledge;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Developer certification;
  • Experience with Apex and Visualforce development;
  • Strong technical project management experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users;
  • Experience with deployments of enterprise software systems using industry standard environments including XML, HTTP/HTTPS, Java, C/ C++,Web Services, PaaS, SaaS, Apex, Python and ASP;
  • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and platform integrations with other applications via real-time, batch, sync/async in development or lead technical roles.
