DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for a Recruiting Administrator for our Conshohocken, PA office to make the team even stronger.

We are seeking a Recruiting Administrator to aid in the team’s success and also provide additional support to the office management team. As a Recruiting Administrator, you will have an opportunity to work with talented individuals across the globe, assist in the success of our endeavors, and learn the recruitment industry first hand.

Responsibilities

  • Support growing US talent acquisition recruitment teams through the handling of inquiries relating to recruitment initiatives, responding to queries concerning job openings, sifting through resumes and organizing and maintaining data related to EPAM’s recruiting activities;
  • Own workflow within our applicant tracking system for recruiting process including updating candidate status, updating notes, sending rejections, logging interviews and offers;
  • Schedule various types of interviews globally in support of the recruiting team;
  • Keep calendar of events for recruiting, manage materials and place orders for events as necessary;
  • Greet and coordinate candidates throughout their onsite interview;
  • Assist Office Manager in specific tasks related to general office administration;
  • Triage frequent last minute changes in scheduling interviews, meetings, etc;
  • Participate in the management of our Co-op and Intern Programs;
  • Manage and organize documents and intellectual property for recruiting department;
  • Aid in job creation, posting and monitoring;
  • Support for administrative team locally;
  • Handle expense reports, invoicing and various other financial tasks to support recruiting;
  • Meet agreed-upon project deadlines as developed by your manager.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative or a recruiting role;
  • Particular about details, well-organized and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency;
  • Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail in all tasks;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality;
  • Self-motivated and dependable;
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook;
  • Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset;
  • Ability to act maturely and calm during high-pressure situations.
