Currently we are looking for a Senior RPA Consultant for our NY, NJ or PA office to make the team even stronger.
As part of EPAM, you will help us transform leading organizations around the world. You will partner with our clients and EPAM delivery teams to develop comprehensive solutions leveraging robotics process automation (RPA) which enables business operations teams to automate processes quickly and autonomously through presentation layer integration.
The ideal candidate should have good mix of business processes and IT skills, business thinking and client focused, ideally located in the NY, NJ or PA area, but we would be flexible to consider other homebase locations for the right candidate. The selected candidate will lead RPA conversations with our Sales and Solution teams, and provide client support during the RPA Project Lifecycle. The candidate will receive full training and mentoring on automation methodology and EPAM’s service offerings.

Help our clients to simplify and improve their operations by developing business cases, analyzing clients as-is process and create end-to-end automation solution blueprints;
Utilize your expert knowledge of Automation/Software Robotics to facilitate client workshops, document business requirements and help develop them into a business case and solution design;
Act as customers’ key contact together with other team members and guide them through the analysis process and become their trusted advisor on RPA;
Act as a liaison between the client and our internal teams during each phase of the automation deployment life cycle;
Participate in the development of new offerings and innovation in the automation space.
Process analysis/requirement gathering skills;
Strong analytical skills;
Consulting experience or similar client advisory experience;
Experience in working with iBPO Service Centers and/or skills in one of the following process areas: F&A, Insurance, Banking, BackOffice Management;
Strong communication skills – versatility to communicate effectively with IT, Business and senior management;
Fluent English – additional languages are a bonus.
Nice to have
Experience in architecting and deploying automation tools (e.g. WorkFusion, UI Path, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.).
