Currently we are looking for a Linux Administrator with AWS experience for our Guadalajara office to make the team even stronger.

Develop and automate infrastructure;
Manage technical aspects of end-to-end release lifecycle for applications delivered by development team, from a DevOps stand point;
Work on release automation (Continuous Deployment);
Work on Build automation (Continuous Integration);
Establish the final release configuration;
Participate in auditing of performance and security issues discovered during the release process;
Onboard new functionalities related to deployment process, update DevOps strategy accordingly;
Improve the communication between Development and Operations teams -> DevOps;
Work directly with developers and business analysts;
Actively collaborate with Solution Designers and Architects using DevOps;
Design, implement and support any tool related to DevOps architecture.
1 years of production experience with AWS: EC2, VPC, Auto Scaling, ELB;
3+ years of advanced Linux admin experience, troubleshooting skills;
Good knowledge of Ansible with 0.5+ years of experience in Ansible or SaltStack;
Good Python knowledge and Python/Bash scripting experience (1+ year);
Familiarity with Docker/LXC.
Nice to have
1+ year of AWS experience (core services: EC2, EBS, ELB/ALB, Auto Scaling, VPC, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, Route53);
Extra AWS services: CloudFormation, CloudFront, ElastiCache, Kinesis;
Java JVM tuning and administration;
PostgreSQL / MariaDB / MySQL administration;
Experience in Golang.
