Be part of an Agile development team;
Contribute to the success of our customer projects;
Communicate actively with the client (through meetings and phone calls);
Work in close cooperation with customer’s representatives;
Design and implement different functionalities described in design documents;
Lead/Senior colleagues are encouraged to manage individual teams on technical grounds and closely adhere to deadlines and report to the Project Managers.
At least 5 years’ experience in PHP programming;
Expert knowledge of working with modern PHP standards and best practices;
Expert knowledge of working with modern PHP frameworks and libraries (WordPress, Drupal is an advantage);
Expert knowledge of design, modeling and development of modern web based applications;
Excellent programming skills and solid OOP knowledge;
Understanding of Agile software development methodologies;
Experience with team management and talent mentoring in a fast-paced environment;
Interest in adopting the latest and greatest technologies;
Willingness to travel;
Good command of both written and spoken English is a must.
