Currently we are looking for a Delivery Manager for our Krakow, Wroclaw or Katowice office to make the team even stronger.
EPAM design group blends design and engineering to help our clients to achieve their business goals. We create ground-breaking work across mobile, applications and physical products that help our clients connect with their customers. Our team spans across consultancy, business analysis, design and engineering. The objective is to enable our clients to use design and technology to shape the business agenda. With our service and industrial design heritage we adopt a customer centric view and deploy squad-teams of designers, technical experts and consultants to help our clients to imagine what the future could look like.
The successful candidate will join a team that designs, delivers and operates state of the art systems that offer best-in-class services to the bank’s clients.
Manage the output for client-specific projects;
Manage project budgets, risk logs and change requests;
Advocate EPAM culture in day-to-day working practices;
Lead the creation of external client proposals, scoping; documentation, project planning and reporting;
Resource planning ensuring project needs are satisfied;
Supporting pitch work and new business opportunities;
Internal and External reporting;
Work as part of the team responsible for constantly evaluating, educating and evolving how we work to ensure we can articulate, create and deliver meaningful services for our clients;
Mentor and develop less experienced members of the team;
Ensure that knowledge is shared across studio(s) and client teams, working closely with all teams to ensure they understand the methodologies and tools available to them;
Support the development of the knowledge base;
Pro-actively keep up with design trends and industry developments.
Strong interpersonal and people management skills;
Passion for design and technology;
Understanding of Agile principles and methods; preferably with some practical, hands-on experience with Scrum, Lean UX and Kanban;
Ability to manage multiple projects;
Proactive problem solving;
Risk and issue management;
Ability to work independently, meet strict deadlines without compromising quality of work;
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with clients, stakeholders and the EPAM multi-disciplinary teams.
