EPAM, recently named one of the fastest growing US companies by Forbes, is looking to hire 2 Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partners to join our US team. We can be flexible with the location of this role within the US, including remote work as a possibility. As a Senior Recruiting Sourcing Partner, you will improve and assist EPAM’s ability to profile, attract, and convert experienced professionals into qualified candidates. You will partner with our Talent Acquisition team to develop sourcing strategies with the goal of building a strong network of potential candidates to fill open positions across the organization.


  • Demonstrate an expertise, specialized knowledge, and proven methods to deliver highly effective support in the area of sourcing for our Talent Acquisition team;
  • Work with Talent Acquisition and Staffing Coordination team to prioritize and contribute to roles within EPAM;
  • Use market knowledge to assist in creating strategic and creative plans in the area of sourcing;
  • Identify innovative and unique sourcing channels in an ever-changing market;
  • Create effective messaging with the guidance of TA to attract and retain interest in high-caliber candidates;
  • Source candidates through a variety of search methods (online sourcing and networking through social media, internal database, job boards, user groups, company targets, and referrals);
  • Excite and sell candidates on both the opportunity and the organization and coordinate calls for recruiters;
  • Maintain data integrity of all information stored in ATS;
  • Communicate, track and present appropriate reporting metrics that provide information needed to assess performance and demonstrate value/success.


  • 5+ years of previous experience within technical recruiting or sourcing in a corporate or agency environment;
  • Passion for the hunt and a true love of seeking out quality candidates quickly;
  • Experience in building Boolean searches that assist in timely sourcing of appropriate candidates;
  • Highly organized and able to function and adapt in a high demand, time sensitive, ever-changing environment;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enjoy working in a team with a customer service focus;
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and remain calm under pressure;
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter;
  • Results focused recruiter mentality.
