EPAM is seeking an Agile Coach to help delivery teams with accelerating Lean/Agile adoption and improving their productivity and effectiveness by providing coaching, feedback, advice, training and by helping to identify and resolve issues.
Coach and mentor several teams of experienced developers, testers and Scrum Masters on how to improve their Agile practices;
Help to identify, and then broadcast issues to the teams and relevant stakeholders in order to help remove blockers and impediments;
Facilitate cross-team collaboration;
Help to maintain an efficient throughput of work together with the Delivery Managers;
Create and deliver Agile trainings as per the teams' needs;
Be the agent for change even when faced with resistance;
Share knowledge across the teams by fostering communities of practice;
Help to maintain healthy company culture and positive working environment.
At least 3 years of hands-on relevant experience with Agile projects (Scrum, Kanban and Agile scaling frameworks) and facilitating Agile rituals; relevant experience with business and/or IT;
Advanced knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices;
Experience in coaching (guiding/coordinating/supporting) individuals, and multiple teams of 5-20 people/team;
Experience with “scrum of scrums” situations involving large, distributed teams and applications;
Experience in delivering classroom education on topics such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and other relevant topics;
Experience in creating a sustainable, continuous improvement culture and a process where teams can collaborate to drive improvements;
Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills;
Advanced knowledge of Atlassian suite of applications: JIRA, Confluence.
