Currently we are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer (Team Site) for our Shenzhen office to make the team even stronger.

Provide direction, Analysis & Design model (High Level Design)/Architecture for a project, integrated with Team Site through APIs;
Own Analysis & Design model (HLD) or architecture of a project;
Ensure quality of technical deliverables of a project;
Administrate the content and implement integration API;
Be responsible for user and group administration, maintaining server configurations for developers, troubleshooting outages, applying patches and upgrades, code migration, creating and executing change orders, etc. APIs will need to be exposed to external Content publisher and consumer.
Interact with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, challenges and expectations;
Understand the customer and end user requirement (both explicit and implicit);
Ensure quality of deliverables to the satisfaction of the customer and end user expectation;
Support functional requirements gathering;
Ensure all the non-functional requirement is captured.
Understand requirements of the project in-line with the overall project scope;
Develop and own Architect / High Level design. Ensure and own high quality technical deliverables;
Work with Analyst & Designer/Senior Developers to ensure detailed design is as per architecture, standards and meets all the requirement (Implicit and explicit);
Work with developers to ensure implementation/development of code as per the design and standards and meet requirement (implicit and explicit);
Assist PO / Architect in developing detailed project plan;
Assist Project Lead for the successful execution of the project (estimation, dependency identification, reviews, customer satisfaction, etc.);
Adhere to standards and guidelines;
Ensure on-time delivery of allocated tasks;
Support during software deployment and post go-live activities;
Root cause analysis and corrective measures on defects/issues identified;
Compliance to SLK policies and procedures like Timesheet/ Leaves management, etc.
8-10 years’ equivalent technical qualifications with IT experience in development;
At least a year of recent hands-on experience in Content Management System (CMS) design and development TeamSite, LiveSite, OpenDeploy, Workflow Modeler;
Experience in Java, HTML and CSS;
Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems related to content management implementation;
Be flexible enough to think out of the box, propose multiple solution approaches to business;
Excellent knowledge of best practices and design patterns;
Good communication skills;
Possibility to travel frequently within the APAC region.
