Currently we are looking for an HR M&A Integration Specialist for our Newtown, PA office to make the team even stronger.
As an HR M&A Integration Specialist, you will help EPAM address the specific details and tasks that surround mergers and acquisitions. You will flex your muscles and expertise in HR strategy, plan design, compliance, and communication to help the company address and resolve the issues of change in order to complete successful integration.
We can be flexible with the location of this position within the NE corridor with 50% travel to our Headquarters in Newtown, PA.
Drive all HR related aspects across EPAM with a focus on mergers and acquisitions;
Create comprehensive timelines and schedules to ensure a smooth and efficient integration;
Assists with training on company and governmental rules, regulations, processes and procedures for compliance;
Facilitate the smooth assimilation of employees by ensuring the execution and compliance of employment contracts, comp and benefit plans, policies, etc;
Utilize proven skills to help create plan to cover HR items that need to be reviewed during due diligence;
Support “Day 1” activities of new employees;
Support all post-acquisition activities;
5+ years of experience within the Human Resources function specifically as it pertains to mergers and acquisitions;
Thorough knowledge of benefits & compensation, contracts, and organizational integration within mergers and acquisitions, preferably with a focus on the buyer’s side;
Considerable knowledge of merger integration assistance and post-transaction human resource strategy, integration and organization design;
Comprehensive skills in both domestic and global reporting;
Considerable experience identifying and addressing internal needs including building, maintaining, and utilization;
Considerable experience as a team leader: supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust; seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; and coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.
