Currently we are looking for a dedicated Staffing Manager for EPAM North America Business Unit.
EPAM North America Business Unit (NA/A) operates in such domains as Media & Entertainment, Publishing, Travel & Hospitality.
As a Staffing Manager, you will perform planning, execution and control of the staffing process across all EPAM delivery centers and locations to ensure S.M.A.R.T staffing for NA/A accounts. The Staffing Manager will work closely with Global Delivery Organization, Talent Acquisition and Operations to help building robust, effective and scalable Project Staffing processes. You will be responsible for driving supply/demand planning and assignments for projects which require on-time delivery of components from multiple locations in order to be completed successfully. As a Staffing Manager, you are expected to apply previous high volume project management skills in the area of hiring and staffing in software production/outsourcing industry.
Partner with local and global Delivery Centers to support scheduling and execution of staffing process on a regular basis to build and maintain an appropriate tunnel of candidates for NA/A projects positions;
Partner with Account Managers (AM) and Delivery Managers (DM) to plan/forecast and support current and upcoming opportunities staffing;
Coordinate all stages of the staffing process for NA/A projects within EPAM global staffing organization;
Work closely with Global Delivery Organization, TA, HR and Operations teams for supply planning and forecast;
Drive staffing of projects from inception till start of delivery and beyond;
Handle and resolve staffing related issues and escalations;
Track and maintain statistics on effectiveness of staffing process through weekly reports on staffing data for presentation to AM/DM team;
Work closely with position owners and technical interviewers to streamline staffing flow.
2+ years of IT project management experience;
3+ years of experience in staffing or Human Resources administration or a related field, or equivalent years of education and related experience;
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent;
Excellent written and verbal business communication skills in English;
Experience in distributed teams’ management;
Understanding of project management/SDLC processes, Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), popular profiles, technology stacks, etc;
Strong initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
Ability to learn fast and apply new knowledge immediately;
Results-oriented, self-driven and pro-active;
Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines;
Flexibility to work well in a dynamic environment with short delivery timescales and changing priorities.
