We are seeking functional testers with experience applying formal test design techniques. The candidate should be able to analyze requirements, create test cases, create and follow-up defects and work closely with automation team.
Apply formal techniques to analyze and create test cases;
Create, modify and execute test cases;
Report and follow up of defects found;
Provide support to the test automation team by clarifying questions and/or provide suggestions to improve creation of scripts;
Execute different testing levels.
BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent;
3+ years as a Functional Tester;
1+ year of experience applying formal techniques for analysis and design of test cases;
Able to modify documentation already created by other team members (test plans, test cases, etc.);
Problem solving skills;
Understanding of QA methodologies and processes (test levels, test types, test process, etc.);
Understanding of Agile methodologies;
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
Nice to have
Experience working closely with test automation engineers;
ISTQB Foundations Level certification;
Experience redesigning test cases for automation purposes.
