Currently we are looking for an experienced Performance Analyst for our Minsk office to join a new project in eCommerce domain.
As a Performance Analyst, you are expected to correctly confirm customer expectations on user traffic amount and performance (responsiveness) of the large-scale internet shop. You must be capable to find and report bottlenecks in environment configuration and application code. Joining this project, you will have an opportunity to enrich your analytical skills as well as tool set.
ABOUT THE CUSTOMER
Our customer is a global market retailer with geo-distributed deployment of eCommerce application based on Hybris eCommerce platform.
Project technologies and tools
Work on 2-3 mid-large scale projects with focus on continuous load testing and reporting results. Be responsible for load test planning, running, analysis and reporting to the customer;
Develop and maintain load testing test plan;
Develop load test scripts;
Run load test scripts on regular basis;
Analyze positive and negative changes in performance within a number of tests;
Work both independently and in close collaboration with others in the team and across the business;
Communicate with the customer on regular basis.
Ability to push a large project forward with intensive communication with the customer, developers, architects and BA teams;
Strong experience in JMeter (Groovy, assertions, regex, non-GUI testing);
Knowledge of Linux (strong Bash), TCP/IP, SSH, OS bottlenecks identification, hardware monitoring tools;
Knowledge of the following programming languages: Groovy, Java (is a plus), SQL;
JVM troubleshooting skills and experience in profiling Java web apps;
Experience working with clouds (AWS Amazon);
Experience in CI (Jenkins is a plus);
Monitoring tools. Imbedded OS tools + Zabbix. Any APM knowledge is a big plus;
Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of written and spoken English.
