The role of an Office Administrator carries out a range of administrative and office management tasks crucial for ensuring the smooth running of the office. You will be providing reception and administrative support to the business and undertake various administrative duties in support of the management team and the business as a whole.


  • Office management and maintenance;
  • Financial planning;
  • Billing and recordkeeping, personnel, distribution, logistics, etc. within an organization;
  • Using office equipment (copy machine, canners, printers, polycom systems, etc.).


  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience;
  • Great communication skills in English and German, both verbal and written;
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Access, Word);
  • Experience working with office equipment (telephone, fax, copying machine).
