EPAM is seeking a technical Presales Project Manager with practical experience in Commerce (Hybris, Oracle Commerce), Content Management (Adobe Suite, Sitecore, Drupal, ADAM) Platforms or large enterprise COTS solutions to facilitate and manage RFP response process for Commerce and Content Projects on above platforms.
Defining response strategy;
Building and tracking presales execution plan and complete list of assignments based on RFP requirements;
Facilitating and managing daily standups with large presales pursuit teams including large number of stakeholders and executives from different practices;
Tracking assignments on daily basis and reporting roadblocks to Head of Digital Engagement Presales Team / Sales Manager;
Building proposal outline;
Defining estimation approach;
Estimations facilitation and review with Solution Architects and Business Analysts;
Creating project plans, resource plans, timelines and roadmaps diagrams;
Calculating and presenting project costs following predefined templates and creating cost decompositions based on RFP requirements;
Proposing proper engagement models;
Selecting and describing Project Delivery Methodology and Deliverables based on RFP/RFI requirements and constraints;
Collecting and documenting all RFP assumptions;
Merging proposal content and responding to RFP/RFI questions;
