Currently we are looking for a DevOps Project Manager/IT Environment Manager/Scrum Master for our Minsk office to make the team even stronger.
Manage multiple work streams and deliver results in a timely manner; follow up and follow through issues and actions and drive them to closure in a timely manner;
Play the role of a system, infrastructure or environment owner; establish related enterprise level operations and maintenance processes according to ITIL principles;
Work closely with the Development team to identify and communicate critical paths;
Manage and effectively deliver features committed to the Release Plan;
Support Product Owner in developing, maintaining and grooming Product Backlog;
Remove impediments/blockers in order to keep teams productive;
Collaborate with cross functional teams and build schedules and plans; identify and manage dependencies with other internal or external teams;
Handle issues and risks proactively.
Experience in IT infrastructure and/or IT production environment operations and management;
ITIL knowledge and understanding;
Strong understanding of DevOps methodology, principles and approaches;
Knowledge of and experience with modern cloud and environment automation technologies and approaches like AWS/Azure, Linux/Windows, CI/CD tools and technologies;
Proven Project Management experience;
Agile PM methodology and SCRUM knowledge and experience;
Change management experience with proven track record of leadership of successful global system implementation delivery;
Flexibility to work well in a dynamic environment with short delivery timescales and changing priorities;
Ability to present complex issues and solutions to mixed audiences, where necessary resolving conflict and complexity by delivering practical agile solutions;
Strong personal ownership and commitment to quality, desire to contribute and speak up with a view or opinion, and add value by questioning and probing where necessary to ensure a thorough and robust solution at each stage in the project lifecycle;
Commitment to the business users and self-motivation to take ownership of issues and initiatives; drive, energy and enthusiasm to any particular initiative, inspiring others to continually perform at their best;
Ability to form and maintain key relationships of mutual trust and respect, which fosters a climate of collaboration;
Good command of English: Intermediate+ and higher level;
Possibility to go on business trips.
