Striving for excellence is in our DNA. Since 1993, we have been helping the world’s leading companies imagine, design, engineer, and deliver software and digital experiences that change the world. We are more than just specialists, we are experts.
Currently we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for our London office to make the team even stronger.
The Senior Business Analyst role is an exciting, varied and responsible one, representing the organisation and ensuring our clients receive the very best of our services. We work on tough challenges and deliver results, relentlessly. The role is a client-facing one, requiring flexibility in terms of geographical location. EPAM UK has clients across the United Kingdom and the Senior Business Analyst must be prepared to be located on any UK site they are assigned to. There is also the opportunity for overseas travel.
The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about IT-enabled change and is delivery-focused. Since the role is project-orientated, you must have extensive experience of the Business Analyst role across all stages of the project lifecycle, in both Agile and Waterfall environments, and demonstrable expertise in a variety of pan-lifecycle business analysis methods and techniques. Whilst able to draw on an expansive tool-kit of traditional analysis techniques and tools, you should be able to innovate when called for – always ensuring that the analysis approach, methods and deliverables are adapted to - and suitable for - the scenario in-hand.
The individual is expected to be proactive, flexible and adaptable, able to acclimatise to new environments effortlessly. We are looking for an energetic, confident self-starter, capable of acting independently or as part of a team. You must have excellent time management, multi-tasking and organisational skills, and be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines, maintaining attention to detail. You must also have well-developed verbal, written and listening skills, and be skilled at - and at ease - dealing with stakeholders of all levels.
We are seeking a talented, stand-out Senior Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working on IT projects as a Business Analyst or Business Consultant.
We go where our clients are and assignments vary in length from weeks to years. Monday to Friday, you must be willing to travel to – or be located at – any of our client sites in the UK. We think this makes for an even more varied, interesting and stimulating role. If you agree and you think you are the person we are looking for, get in touch.
